Well what you see here is my crazy kitty, Gracie. I have been exploring Flickr and find it fairly easy to use. In all honesty, I am not a photographer. First of all that is because that would mean I would need to actually remember to bring my camera for events. And if by some miracle I do remember they quality of the photo is less than desirable. So, we'll see how I use this in my personal life. Maybe my friends can at least share their photos with me. ;)
As far as using it professionally, I don't see a need to upload school photos. Since we don't have students' permission, I'm not sure how I would utilize this application for that purpose. Perhaps if we wanted the kids to make a card or poster, we could use that aspect of the application.
I was humbled by the high quality photos on the site though. There are some truly gifted photographers out there! When I found pictures I liked I then checked out more by the same photographer. It was a beautiful tour!
Oh, and this pic was taken by me on my iPhone. I emailed it to myself so I could up load it.

You might consider going to Flickr for images for presentations and such. Simply search within the Creative Commons images. I love Creative Commons!
